The Real Estate Attorney’s duties will focus on handling a wide variety of highly sophisticated commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on due diligence, financing, development, leasing, sales and corporate structuring. This is an opportunity to represent national clients in challenging and sophisticated matters. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of broad based experience as an attorney handling complex commercial real estate and finance transactions in a law firm setting.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school with superior academic credentials and work history.
• Must be a member, or eligible to become a member, of the District of Columbia Bar.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record with a strong desire to thrive in an environment that provides excellent client service at the highest professional level.
