Litigation Support Analyst/Technology Specialist

Prevalent law firm is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst/Technology Specialist for its thriving Washington D.C. office.  The Litigation Support Analyst/Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing the electronic discovery process for attorneys and paralegals. Specifically, the Litigation Support Analyst/Technology Specialist will establish and facilitate technology practice support applications with an emphasis on trial preparation, case setup, database creation and design, electronic discovery, document production, document procedures, document management, and other litigation support duties as assigned. Additionally, the Litigation Support Analyst/Technology Specialist will manage litigation support projects with outside/external vendors – including time tables, quality control and price negotiations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years technology litigation support experience related to maintaining and supporting databases, electronic discovery, and electronic trial experience in a law firm setting.
  • Extensive working knowledge of automated litigation support software such as Relativity, CaseMap and Live Note; familiarity with Ringtail, ASP, Access, Summation or Concordance are an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a time-sensitive and high-pressure environment.
  • Strong customer service attitude in order to interact and develop good relationships with attorneys and other legal personnel who have limited technical skills.
