An AM Law 100 law firm that represents both large and emerging pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies, is searching for an Attorney with Food & Drug Administration (FDA) experience to join its diverse and collaborative Healthcare Practice Group located in Washington, D.C. The FDA Attorney will handle cutting edge, high-profile pharmaceutical and medical device fraud and abuse matters from early-stage development/investigation through litigation and trial.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of FDA litigation experience as an attorney with a focus on pharmaceutical, biotech and/or medical device matters; experience in fraud and abuse matters related to manufacturing, utilization and pricing are a plus.
• Juris Doctorate degree from a top tier institution with excellent academic credentials and references.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C. or be eligible to become licensed to practice in Washington, D.C.
• Additional qualifications include strong research, writing and analytic skills with the ability to work independently, as well as being part of a team.
