Dominant law firm who has earned international prominence by representing clients in complex, high-stakes regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters has an immediate opening for an Antitrust Associate to join its Litigation & Trial Practice team in Washington, D.C. This Antitrust Associate position will focus on multiple areas of antitrust law, including merger review, government civil investigations, government criminal investigations, and antitrust litigation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of antitrust experience as an attorney with a focus on Government Enforcement and Merger matters in a law firm setting is required; exposure to Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is preferred.
• Active license to practice law in Washington, D.C. or the ability to waive in and practice in Washington, D.C. is required.
• Distinguished academics from a top tier law school are a must, as are exceptional writing and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
