Law firm providing corporate, litigation and regulatory legal services to leading businesses, governmental entities, nonprofit organizations and individuals throughout the world is seeking an Aviation Attorney for its Washington, D.C. office.  This Aviation Attorney position will focus on aviation matters including FAA/DOT/TSA regulatory compliance and enforcement, aviation accident investigations, and commercial aviation matters.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of aviation law experience as an attorney in law firm setting, with an emphasis on federal regulation, commercial and enforcement matters.
• Juris doctorate degree (JD) from an accredited law school; excellent academic performance is highly valued. 
• Candidate should be a member or eligible to become a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
