An innovative law firm with a national reputation for excellence in financing a wide range of municipal and infrastructure projects is seeking a Tax Attorney to join its Public Finance Practice Group in Washington, D.C. The Tax Attorney will work on public finance tax matters related to tax exempt finance, section 501c3 organizations and IRS audits. This is a unique opportunity to gain significant responsibility and increased exposure to clients.  

Requirements:

• 2+ years tax experience as an attorney with an emphasis on public finance and tax-exempt finance matters in a large or specialized boutique law firm is required.
• Juris Doctorate degree and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with the ability to waive into the District of Columbia is required.
• Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player with sound judgment.
